Meet the team
AttorneyRichard is a graduate of The University of Texas Law School and was licensed before the State Bar of Texas in 1979. He received his Plan II Honors – B.A. degree from the University of Texas and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. His experience includes years as a tax partner at an internationally recognized law firm and general counsel of a NYSE company. Richard’s present practice focuses upon real estate and natural resource transactions.
Donald R. Jones
Don has been practicing law in Texas, Louisiana and Kentucky since 1988. He has worked for title companies, a publicly-traded REIT and large and small law firms. His law practice primarily consists of real estate transactions and estate planning as well as serving as General Counsel to over 30 real estate brokerages. Don graduated from Louisiana State University in 1984 with a B.S. in Business Administration – Finance and from Louisiana State University – Paul M. Hebert Law School with a J.D. in 1988. He was awarded the LSU Alumni Association Scholarship as an undergraduate in 1982. Don is also a Texas licensed real estate broker.
